So nice of FERC to make the Biological Assessment available a week after the DEIS deadline for the Jordan Cove/Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline Project in Southern Oregon. They refused to extend the deadline for the property owners and people of Oregon to review the documents; however, they have now extended the FERC deadline for having to respond to the public. Something is wrong with this picture. Oh wait . . . forgot, they are funded by the industry they are issuing the permits to. Justice . . . Fairness . . . Reason . . . not a part of the decision-making process. Whoops . . . our bad!
