"Sure better rules are needed in Oregon. But if we go this route it will be watered down rules that serve the corporate head more than it will serve the citizens. Working through the legislature doesn't afford the citizens what they REALLY want and we are stuck with soft rules that still allow harm in our neighborhoods!
